We accept most major insurance providers and many more. If you have any questions about your specific insurance provider, please contact us to find out whether your insurance is accepted at our clinic.

We offer several payment options for your convenience. You can choose to (1) pay your bill online, (2) drop off or mail us a cashier’s or bank check, or (3) call our office to pay via credit or debit card over the phone.

In certain cases, our clinic is able to work with patients who need to arrange payment plans due to financial hardship. If you have any questions about setting up a payment plan, please call our billing office to discuss your options.
